The short version: ImGenBlitz does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. Your API key lives only in your browser. Your batch history lives only on your device. We never see it, and neither does anyone else — except OpenAI, when you submit a batch directly from your browser to their servers.
1. Who We Are
ImGenBlitz is a standalone software product created and sold by Karen Denning ("we," "us," or "our"). ImGenBlitz is a single HTML file that runs entirely in your web browser. There is no ImGenBlitz server, no ImGenBlitz account system, and no ImGenBlitz backend that receives or processes your data.

2. What Data We Collect
We collect nothing. ImGenBlitz has no server-side component. No data you enter into ImGenBlitz is ever transmitted to us.
Specifically, we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any contact information
- Your OpenAI API key
- Your image prompts or generated images
- Your batch history or usage data
- Your IP address or device information
- Analytics, telemetry, or crash reports
3. Local Browser Storage
ImGenBlitz stores two things locally in your browser using localStorage:
- Your OpenAI API key — stored so you don't have to re-enter it each session. It never leaves your device.
- Your batch history — a record of batch IDs, labels, and statuses so you can resume or re-download previous jobs. This data stays on your device.
You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage, or by using your browser's developer tools. Uninstalling or clearing your browser data removes everything ImGenBlitz has stored.
4. OpenAI API Calls
When you submit a batch job, ImGenBlitz sends your prompts and settings directly from your browser to OpenAI's servers using your own API key. This is a direct connection between your browser and OpenAI — ImGenBlitz is not involved in that transmission.
Your use of OpenAI's services is governed by OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy:
We have no control over, and no visibility into, how OpenAI processes your prompts or generated images. Please review OpenAI's policies to understand how they handle your data.
5. Cookies
ImGenBlitz does not use cookies. We use localStorage for the limited purposes described in Section 3. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies are set by ImGenBlitz.
If you purchase ImGenBlitz through a third-party platform, that platform may set its own cookies. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.
6. Third-Party Services
ImGenBlitz loads the following third-party resources when you open the application:
- Google Fonts — font files are loaded from Google's servers. Google may collect limited data in connection with this request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Font Awesome — icon fonts are loaded from Cloudflare's CDN. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- JSZip — loaded from Cloudflare's CDN for ZIP file creation. No data is transmitted to JSZip or Cloudflare beyond the standard CDN request.
Beyond these font and library requests, ImGenBlitz makes no outbound connections except to OpenAI when you explicitly submit a batch job.
7. Purchase and Payment Data
ImGenBlitz is sold through third-party platforms. We do not directly process payment information. Any payment data you provide at checkout is handled entirely by the platform through which you purchase (e.g., WarriorPlus). Please review that platform's privacy policy for details on how your payment information is handled.
We may receive your email address from the purchase platform for the purpose of delivering your product and providing support. We do not sell, share, or use this information for marketing purposes beyond direct product-related communications.
8. Children's Privacy
ImGenBlitz is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with a purchase, please contact us at support@imgenblitz.com and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Your Rights
Since we collect no personal data through the application itself, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you provided an email address at purchase and would like it removed from our records, contact us at support@imgenblitz.com and we will honor that request.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA). Given that we collect no data through the application, these rights are largely satisfied by design. For purchase-related data, contact us and we will assist you.
10. Data Security
Because ImGenBlitz stores data only in your browser's local storage and makes no transmissions to our servers, the security of your data is primarily in your hands. We recommend:
- Not using ImGenBlitz on shared or public computers where others could access your browser's local storage
- Keeping your OpenAI API key confidential and rotating it if you believe it has been compromised
- Clearing your browser's local storage if you no longer use ImGenBlitz
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of ImGenBlitz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
